• A high-end kitchen designed for your holiday meals, fully equipped with SMEG small appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all essentials within easy reach;
• Three stunning en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and WC:
• one ground-floor bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together as needed,
• two upstairs bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), one featuring a large custom-made dressing room;
• A private landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet;
• A south-facing terrace upstairs;
• Reversible air conditioning throughout the property;
• Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber).

⚠️ The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located on a quiet street, less than a 2-minute walk from the beach and cycling paths. You can do everything on foot or by bike: swimming, surfing, seaside walks, or visiting the local market.

Guest access

Two private parking spaces are available right in front of the property, one of which is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (Type 2).
A secure storage area is also available for surfboards or bicycles throughout your stay.
Before and during your stay, we are here to make your experience perfect: local recommendations, access to our trusted partners such as bike rental services, and more.
Final cleaning and Bed linen and towels are included.
A baby cot with mattress topper, a highchair, and a small bathtub are available upon request.

From Biarritz Airport: by taxi or rental car (approximately 45 minutes).
From Dax train station (40 minutes) or St Vincent de Tyrosse station (20 minutes).
